The Relationship between Planning of Human Resources and Quality of Education in Secondary Schools in Kaduna State

Abstract


The study assessed the effectiveness of planning on human resources and quality of education in secondary schools in Kaduna State. The population of the study was 616 while the sample size was 248. The instrument used was a questionnaire which was validated and found to be reliable. Data analysis methods were descriptive and inferential statistic. Pearson Product Moment Correlation (PPMC) was used to test the null hypothesis at 0.05 level of significance. The hypothesis was rejected at 0.000 p-value. The findings of the study revealed among other things that there is significant relationship between planning of human resources and quality of education in secondary schools in Kaduna State. It was recommended that the human resources should be effectively planned to enhance quality education in secondary schools in Kaduna State.
