Teaching STEAM Education in Nigerian Private Secondary Schools: Possible Challenges and Remedies
Abstract
The importance of STEAM education cannot be undermined in the 21st century as most future jobs will depend on STEAM education. STEAM is the acronym for Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics and hence the need to inculcate the approach to teaching in private secondary schools because student choice of career and independent living commence from it. Despite the importance and usefulness of STEAM education in the 21st century, schools still face some challenges with the teaching and implementation. Hence the paper therefore discussed; teaching STEAM education in Nigeria private Secondary Schools, possible Challenges and Remedies.
