Mathematics educators are pivotal in mitigating the critical shortages in STEM education across the USA by actively fostering student engagement through innovative teaching methods, enhancing curriculum relevance to align with real-world applications, and advocating for supportive policy changes that prioritize and fund STEM initiatives, ultimately shaping a more skilled and diverse future workforce.
